Exercises for losing weight quickly
One can attain weight loss with a full-body exercise routine. Extra pounds can be shed by burning excess calories that have been consumed. Joining a gym for a workout is definitely a good option for attaining weight loss. However, many people can’t afford the heavy fees of gyms. However, there are many body-weight exercises that don’t require any equipment. One can do them anytime and anywhere and these include squats, pushups and other moves that used body weight.
The push-up is a basic exercise which one can do by lowering and raising the body with the support of arms. While doing triceps pushups, your hands have to be placed on the floor which is right below the shoulders and the body should be kept straight. Now, the chest has to be lowered by bending the elbows and pushing them back to the initial position. If you find any difficulty in doing this exercise, it can be made easier by placing the knees on the floor. With this exercise, the muscles of arms, shoulders and chest can be trained.
With Bridge exercise, the hamstrings, glutes, the lower back and abdominal region are strengthened. It is considered to be a basic rehab exercise through which spinal stabilization is improved. During this exercise, one should lie down on the back and put arms on the sides. Now, knees should be bent and hips should be raised while maintaining the back straight and keeping the feet on the floor. Now the hips should be kept in straight line with the knees and shoulders. It should be held there for 30 seconds and then the hips should be lowered gently back to the initial position. The same should be repeated for several times.
